What I Do

I help you individually, with your partner or spouse, and with other significant relationships.  I teach you to relate to yourself and others with intelligence, effectiveness and compassion.

I frequently recognize and inquire about feelings, body language, and your awareness of and in your body.   I use techniques to help you become more present.  Sensations, emotions and body symptoms contain a wealth of information that your conscious mind may not.  As you acknowledge old beliefs, I will give you the skills to replace them with helpful ones.  You can move forward with more happiness and ease.
